DESCRIPTION OF USE:

Essential oils are primarily used in aromatherapy. The scientifically confirmed healing power of scents brings soothing to the body and soul. They can relieve tension caused by stress, restore inner harmony and balance. This is because scents stimulate the areas of the brain responsible for our mental state. Using properly composed aromatherapy helps to achieve emotional stability. Essential oils relax sore muscles allowing the whole body to rest. They cure headache, toothache, and eliminate troublesome cold symptoms. The components of the oils remove toxins from the skin. They are used alone (in aromatherapy chimneys, inhalations, baths) and in combination with other products (massages, enriching the composition of cosmetics).

Contraindications:

Lime oil may cause irritation if skin is exposed to excessive sunlight freshly after application. The oil is also not indicated for use by pregnant women, young children and infants.

Storage:

Store the oil in the original sealed container, at room temperature, out of the reach of children, away from heat and light

Ways of use:

take advantage of its antiseptic action and use when treating and preventing infections (for fresh wounds caused by a contaminated object); rinses using the oil also treat mouth and throat infections,
Lime oil used in the form of inhalation will help to fight cold and reduce fever, and after an illness it will regenerate the body and speed up its recovery; add one drop of the oil to a bowl of hot water and cover your head leaning over the mixture with a towel and leave it for 3-7 minutes - remember also to close your eyes,
The scent of lime oil has been shown to stimulate the appetite by increasing the feeling of hunger; its antidepressant and relaxing effects have also been confirmed,
When mixed with a face cream (3 drops per 10ml), the oil will restore a youthful glow and delay the skin ageing process; in the same way, you can enrich your favourite body care cosmetics,
A drop of oil combined with 3 tablespoons of base oil (sweet almond, avocado or jojoba oil) will give you a warming massage oil,
combining 3 tablespoons of fine sugar or salt with two tablespoons of base oil and 3 drops of oil gives you a homemade body scrub,
enrich a portion of shampoo immediately before washing your hair with 3-4 drops of the product; this will make your hair shiny,
add 5 drops of the oil to a bathtub with warm water and you will get a relaxing bath; to strengthen the care effect add 1 tablespoon of honey / milk / salt / base oil (coconut, sweet almond or jojoba oil)
Use the oil as an air freshener by adding 5 drops to your air humidifier,
Remove unpleasant odours from your hoover by sucking in a tissue sprinkled with 3 drops of the product.
