In aromatherapy.

add a few drops to a warm bath,
use it to make a massage mixture in combination with your favourite base oil in the proportion of 5 drops of the product to 12 drops of the base oil (it combines well with almond, macadamia and shea oils)
add to an aromatherapy fireplace,
sprinkle a few drops on bedding at bedtime (great for combating insomnia)
The product has a calming effect, eases nervous tension, relaxes, improves mood, relaxes body and mind, adds energy.
In hair care.

Add a few drops of the product to a portion of your shampoo just before use. The hair will remain pleasantly fragrant, and thanks to the antiseptic properties of the oil, it will stay fresh longer,
